We purchased open box and were missing the strain relief piece, but Wayfair customer service worked with us on a partial reimbursement and we were able to get it successfully installed! Sleek look, fairly straightforward to install. Purchased a dimmer switch, but the lighting was so ambient already we left it as a toggle switch.
