Received this dog bed quickly. Our pup had her old bed for a couple of years, and it had broken down considerably, no longer providing any more support than a blanket on the floor. As she is getting older and weighs a little more than when we adopted her, we thought we'd try this orthopedic bed, and the fact that it's made by Serta sealed the deal! She absolutely loves it! She climbed onto it before we even got it into her spot in our room, and is now eager to go to bed at night, whereas previously she wouldn't go into our room until I was in there! Excellent price, and it seems to be holding up well under her weight (50 lb. pit mix) We'll be purchasing another for her kennel!

Soo.. I just want to start by saying that this dog mat has been a lifesaver! Though it originally came dirty even inside of the plastic and the removable cover had to be washed, Wayfair’s customer service was good about handling the inconvenience. The mattress did start off very flat, but that’s as to be expected with memory foam. It did finally reach its full expansion potential by the next day, as you can see in the pictures that I provided you can see it got higher towards the headboard on the Hazeltine dog bed that I also ordered from Wayfair (this mattress fits PERFECTLY! I have no idea why others found it so hard to find a mattress with these exact dimensions.) My dog used to sleep on my 4yr old’s bed with her every night on the bottom bunk, (memory foam) so I thought why not get my dog a miniature version of her own and put it in the kids room so that the transition won’t be so hard on either of them, and when I say it worked like a charm, I mean just that! My yorkie gets cold and the Sherpa does the trick! The dog bed holds her weight (my 34lb 4yr old lol though I only let her get on it once.) but is also soft enough for my dog to melt into, in a good way. She sleeps like a baby..

I love this little bed. My puppy loves it too. I bought the small one and as you can see in the picture she has plenty of room to grow. It is very soft and seems to be comfortable. It is very easy to put together you just have to really STUFF the part that goes around. It is easy to wash by removing all the parts and washing the outer fabric. I made the mistake of putting the egg crate material in the washer. It got clean but took FOREVER to dry. So I wouldn’t recommend washing it by that method because they say not to put it in the dryer on heat because it may melt. I sat it in front of my dehumidifier for over 24 hours for it to finally dry after air drying it in the dryer over 12 hours. I will probably just spot dry it next time I wash it but my puppy hasn’t been using the bathroom on it anymore so fingers crossed I won’t have to “wash” it again. If I do I will definitely be consulting Google for some suggestions.

I bought two of these for my Mini Aussies (both about 28 lbs). These will replace a set I bought 3 years ago. The old ones have been washed so many times that the color on the cover is fading, but really, 3 years for an OUTDOOR dog bed is fantastic! These are super plush and yet lightweight. I put them in the garage in the winter for my boys to take naps when I am gone at work. In the summer, we put them on the back deck so they have a soft spot THAT ISN'T IN THE DIRT! Durable, super cute and best of all, my boys love them. Great price, if you have more than one to buy for.

My Wheaten terrier approves- Phew! I ordered the green striped version to match our patio furniture, so far it is lovely. Our Wheaten’s winter bed isn’t pretty at all and most beds I have purchased in the past are very neutral, plain and not very durable. Her winter bed is durable but ugly. I splurged here. I usually don’t spend this much but feel so far it was worth the price. The cover does unzip and it is a heavier, canvas. The true test will be when I wash it. I hope the colours remain bright. Our dog uses it daily and while we try to diligently protect the bed from weather, it will ultimately experience some spring, summer and into early fall. I will update, but am pleased with purchase thus far. She has been using it now for a full month! Update Two months later, I washed the dog bed. It does sit under the eavesdrop overhang so it’s protected from most weather and we are careful but our weather has been unusually cool and rainy. Since I did not wash right away, and our dog uses it daily, I washed it. The 2nd photo is after wash and the 3rd, 4th photo is what is inside. The canvas, so far, has protected inside really well - still a bright white. This bright white casing covers white puffy filling, which can be added to over the years. The canvas casing colours held up beautifully. I followed directions in washing- gentle cycle, cold water and air dry in dry or hang dry. I did air dryer and hang dry. Again, very happy with purchase. Hopefully, I will get a few seasons out of it. If I do, I will thoroughly be impressed. I hope I remember to update this review again

I saw this and it seemed just what I was looking for. I have dogs (and a cat) and they all love this. It also helped solve a big problem with big wet doodle-dog paws coming in from outside during rain storms. I was going to only bring it out for the odd rain for the dogs going in and out, but when I laid it down to try it out... both my big dog and my cat decided they love to lay on it. It's probably staying put now at all times. I love it. It is a perfect size and just what I needed for the dogs and cat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two dogs, a mini-Aussie in this size range and a border collie slightly larger than this range. Both use the bed happily (never together). The fabric isn’t showing any signs of wear. The egg crate is somewhat compressed, but still offers plenty of padding (I can’t touch the floor through it). We own two of these exact beds (one is 4 month of use and the other less than a month). This is holding up nicely compared to many more expensive beds on the market. I have been very happy with our purchases. We are repeat customers, not to replace the first, but to add another bed to the home in a different location.

Well it looks like it’s supposed to look. Nice and fluffy and full. I do not have it on my bed yet. Trying it out in a chair first for my cats. But they haven’t gone near it and it is a chair they like to sleep on. I think my smaller cat will eventually maybe once I get it on my bed because it seems like the same kinda material that those faux fur throws are made of or at least very similar and she likes sleeping on them. But for the item itself it is fine and looks comfy. Arrived on time but the only thing with the delivery is it didn’t have a separate wrapping to it. When I was cutting it open I realized I was pretty much cutting into the furry doughnut itself. So not cool because taking scissors and cutting it open was the only option to getting it open because the package was taped up so much you did not know where to start unraveling it. So that is my only Con for this item. I wanted to write an update on this fluffy cat bed. My smaller kitty cat just found her in it FINALLY. And she seems to like it just fine. It is a bit cooler today so maybe that’s why. I’m sure in the winter months she will cosy up in it then too. I hurried to catch some pictures and she looks pretty comfortable.

We've had one of your beds for a couple of years and our old gal really enjoys it. Once a second pup came along, we needed another. Full disclosure, I'd purchased the first bed through a well known online shopping site, no problems. So I ordered the second bed the same way. Not so good this time. Had to return it. I then called the company itself and talked to the gentleman at Fur Haven Products. So glad I ordered directly through them! Customer service is great! The first bed I'd received from the online company was just smashed and shoved into a box, no wrapping, nothing. I was worried it had been used by another customer and returned, then sent to me! The bed from Fur Haven had been wrapped in plastic to compress to help keep it's shape during shipping. We've only had it a few months, but this (as well as the one we have from their company but purchased elsewhere) have both held up nicely after washings. I can see a little indent starting in the older one, but she lays on it most hours of the day, so it's bound to happen with any foam products. But I would say yes, the beds are a nice quality, and definitely purchase directly from their website to be sure it arrives in good condition!

I got this bed for my 110 lh Airedale mix. He is a BIG boy, and his previous bed I I got this bed for my 110lb Airedale mix. The bed he had, he hung off of, even though it was advertised for dogs 100 - 150 lbs. When I ordered it, I hadn't even noticed the brand, only that it looked comfy and it said it was big enough for what we needed. When it came and the box said CASPER, I was excited to open it. When I did, I realized I had to assemble it. I was a bit intimidated when I saw the cover. I unzipped it all the way around like the instructions said...and then had to find another zipper inside. That took a minute because everything is black. I couldn't help but notice how well it was constructed. It is very well made and following the instructions was no problem once that inside zipper was found. After putting in the inner mattress and zipping that closed, I put the bolsters in as it showed and zipped it up. It was huge! And it was really nice...lots of spring and yet soft. I knew my dog would love it....and he did! The minute I laid it down for him, he brought the box with the power cord he had stolen from the new printer I had just opened and promptly dropped it on the bed and laid down! He wasn't interested in chewing on that box any longer. He laid his chin on a bolster and within a few minutes, he fell asleep! In the 2 weeks we've had the bed, both of my dogs sleep on the bed together. My Frenchie is 33 lhs, so as you can see from the picture, there is still plenty of room for her even with my big guy on it. We highly recommend this bed! It is really well made, so comfortable, dog approved, and it is a great size for big dogs! My dogs give it a PAWS UP!!!

I purchased this bed for my large German Shepherd... twice, I have no regrets. The first time I ordered the XL in the stone colour, and while he fit on it, I also wanted one that he could fully stretch right out to the max. So 10 days later the XXXL bed in the same colour arrived. I can honestly say we get equal use out of both beds. The XL is more transportable when travellingcamping, or just switching from room to room. The XXXL is a more designated house bed, the one he chooses when it’s ‘bedtime’ flakes right out. Bonus! Both beds also fit on top of his Coolaroo Raised Pet Cot (the XXXL hangs just slightly over on the edges) he loves to “nest” right in the middle. I will say that I occasionally do shake his larger bed up as I believe his nesting method creates a bit more of a divot in the middle than it does on the XL (more surface area). When the beds arrived they were compacted as it’s easier to ship, so give them time to “fluff up” once unrolled. He tried to lay on them right away both times so I just slung them over the back of the couch so they could have time to reach their full potential. The fact that the covers are removable was one of the selling points for me as I refuse to buy beds that can’t be washed. They are so easy to just unzip throw in the wash, no wrestlingcursing necessary. The fabric on the top sides are a soft suede material, the bottom is a more slipperysmooth thick woven nylon. The shredded memory foam pieces (not egg crate, actual memory foam) are self contained in their own fabric bag within the cover so no worries there. He’s a very active dog I want to do what I can to preserve his joints for as long as possible, these beds give me piece of mind. Regular foam beds weren’t cutting it as he would just sink in and be laying on the ground after the fillerfoam shifted wore out sooner than expected. It’s been 5 months since both beds were purchased. With daily use in home and on the road and they’re still like new.

We purchased THREE of these in 3 different colors so our little dog could have a spot in each room she hangs out in. The cream, brown and gray are all true to color on the website and VERY soft and cushy. We especially wanted beds that had the nice cushion and REMOVABLE cover for washing! VERY pleased with the GRAY and BROWN! The CREAM had a different foam and did NOT have the same thick, firm foam form the other two did. It also came at a different time, possible from a different lot or even supplier, so we will be asking for an exchange on that one, in hopes the replacement is as good as the other two. In the photos I took, the brown trim captured the light and looks gold, rather than the actual brown it is. Note: These DO come wrapped in a TIGHT ball for shipping purposes, but return to the correct shape after a few hours. This was the case with the BROWN and Gray ones, anyways. The cream remained a bit out of shape, as photos show. So, don't be afraid when it arrives! If you DO get a lemon, simply call and explain you got one from the "bad batch". :D

OMG! I have purchased no less than a couple of dozen dog beds over the years. I have never had one that my dogs have enjoyed more. Example: Baby gets her meds, goes outside to potty while I'm getting ready for bed - she comes in and I pick her up - put her in bed. I heard the doggie door - when I went to get her to put her on the bed I couldn't find her. I went to the living room where the dog bed is - she was stretched out across it. I couldn't get her to get off of it to come to bed. That's where she slept until about 4 in the morning and then she decided she wanted to come to bed. I was amazed. When I get the money I'm buying another one. Happy I got it on a flash sale but it's worth every penny!

I’m showing the INSIDE of this pad because that’s the purpose of my review. I ordered it for a new rescue dog we got and thought it was the greatest pad ever until the third day we had it. Because of her stress/anxiety the first few days od the transition, she had a bout of watery diarrhea during the night and also peed all over the pad. The cover was soaked and I just knew it has soaked through to the foam center making it impossible to remove the odor. I took it outside, hosed off the outside, went to remove the cover to launder it and to my surprise the inner pad was protected by a zippered vinyl waterproof cover. Brilliant! Had no idea it was in there. I had actually been searching amazon to see if they had zippered vinyl cushion covers in this size and found nothing. All this was BEFORE I discovered it already had one! Made my day. I simply removed the soiled cover, washed it in the machine and wiped down the vinyl cover with Clorox wipes. So far very pleased with the quality- especially if odor control is a concern.

These beds deserve 5 stars simply because my dogs absolutely love them. I took a chance and purchased 4 of them for a 98lb German Shepherd {XL}, a 90lb Belgian Malinois {XL}, a 65lb Belgian Malinois {L} and a 55lb Pitt Bull {L}. Happy to say the beds have been a favorite napping spot for all four. :) My only gripe is that the beds are not easy to wash. You can only remove the bottom cushion, but have to wash the bolster, which takes up tons of room in the washing machine. You also need to air-dry, which is another pain. It's a long process to wash and air-dry four beds. We're talking a day or so. I'm not 100% certain what the "supportive, contouring charcoal-infused shredded memory foam" is...the bottom cushion is an egg crate {possibly made of supportive, contouring charcoal-infused shredded memory foam ??}. The cover and cushion is not water resistant. That's a huge missed-opportunity to make this bed an absolute no-brainer for pet owners. But, as mentioned, my dogs do love these things, so I'll keep them. Just wish they were a bit more human-user friendly. :)

My dogs love these Lux Bolsters- they've held up well even with one of my dogs who needs to aggressively scratch before laying down. The large is way spacious for my 70 pound dog - both my 40 pound and 70 pound can lay on one together. I recommended this to a friend who has a dog that's over 110 pounds and the XL is still spacious for him. FYI: You cannot remove the outer cover for washing because of the loose stuffing. I spot clean and use Febreeze. You could take it to the laundry mat and use the If your dog is prone to accident, I would suggest a waterproof blanket or something similar to protect it. I am pretty sure it could be washed in a 60-pound or 75-pound washer at the laundromat.

I like the dog bed very much. I was looking for one that i could take the cover off to wash it. my toy poodle tore the stuffing out of her old bed, it did not fit in my washing machine to wash, i think my mollie is a little confused with it, she would not get near it for a few days, but she is now eating her treats in it so the is the first step. it is made very nice and of good quality. I am glad that i have Wayfair to do my shopping , it is a very nice company to deal with very fast shipping. I live in a tourist village, with very few stores , so i have to travel quite a few miles to do shopping. Thank you Wayfair for your nice selection of products that i can purchase.
