It is very temperamental. And you have to pay for a subscription to receive alerts for the box. I will not buy this again.

My Kitty, Elsa , went right to the litter box and used it right away ! I believe it’s gonna be a good litter box !

First of all the instructions are very vague and it seems like they don't go with the litter box I received and the app doesn't provide any help... the app doesn't monitor the cat at all I guess you have to pay for that too ... I couldn't find help anywhere online not even YouTube... I had litter everywhere!! I'm a disabled single woman I got this to make my life easier but it's been a nightmare I'd rather go back to scooping it.. now I'd like to return it but not sure how I can do that physically i don't have help where I live... I recommend that people who want to save a buck and go cheap don't do it!! It's not worth the stress

It works just as described in grateful that I no longer have to worry about cleaning out the litter box

So far so good, it is a very difficult device to understand and the app or the manual doesnt have too much information but little by little you learn how to fix certain things. Its doing the job

so far working as expected, only thing is, its built cheap.

I absolutely love this for the price! The waste container is large with decent size bags, it took my cats a bit to get used to it but now they use it just fine! Love the sensor that stops rotating if a cat goes too close, my curious cats kept sticking their heads in to see while it cleaned and it stopped rotating every time, then continued when they stepped away.

Does not work...the idea of them are great but they do not work as advertised.

My cat loves this. Just use a good quality clumping litter No mess no smell
