Zaney Wooden House Bed with 2 Drawers & Storage Shelf

I purchased this bed for my daughter along with professional assembly and mounting services. The first technician who arrived assembled the bed incorrectly—he mounted several pieces improperly, bent some of the screws, and then left, claiming that Wayfair needed to authorize more time to complete the job. After contacting Wayfair, they sent out a second technician, who had to redo some of the work done by the first person. Unfortunately, even after the bed was fully assembled, there is still a significant gap between the drawer and the bed frame (see attached photos). To make matters worse, Wayfair is now asking me to dismantle and return the entire bed in order to receive a refund. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a large company that places the burden on the customer, even after their service providers have failed to deliver as promised. Consider this a cautionary tale—be wary of large retailers that prioritize profits over customer satisfaction

very cool comfortable, durable bed. for years! My daughter really liked it. The assembly instructions were clear. My husband did it))))

Would stay away. Would in drawers are so cheap they dont stay together. Drawers dont have a track and are on the floor. Would is cheap overall. Did not like but had to keep after it was out together.

Beautiful bed and not too difficult to assemble. Most of the assembly took one person. My children love their new bed! Would highly recommend.

Most horrible bed. Never to buy… it is a sheet waste of money and time. I am trying to install for last 4 hours and it did not get installed

My daughter loves the bed. The only negative thing I can say about it is that I wish the storage drawers had rails to keep them from rolling too far under the bed. Overall, it was a good purchase!

Piece of the wood broke when installing it and one of the drawers didn’t come with the right size slat so we can even install that.

Easy build but instructions are not extremely clear on a few sections. Very sturdy. Daughter loves it!

Took long to put together but turned very nice. I would definitely recommend this bed

Took my husband a couple of hours to build. Pieces of it arrived cracked but were dealing with it. My daughter is super excited about getting her new big girl bed!
