Has a crack as received. And it finally broken now ( price is good since this order comes with two chairs, but quality is not those one can last for a long time.

Slat broke after a few days. Hoping for replacement part.

Ordered two of these, Grey Color. Arrived in about a week. All parts received in good condition. Assembly went smoothly - after reading prior reviews, I took my time and followed the directions. Directions were clear enough. First one took a little over an hour to assemble, second one too a little less than an hour. All hardware fit, and no "adjustments" needed to be made. Just to be on the safe side, I applied two coats of "weatherseal" before putting them outside. Once applied, the weatherseal actually highlighted the wood grains, and I think the chars look even better than they originally did. We've only used them once so far, and they are very sturdy, very comfortable, and the retractable Ottoman is a huge bonus! I will monitor throughout the summer to see how they weather, and will update this review if necessary. We plan on bringing them into covered storage for winter, so that won't be a problem.

Really love the natural color of the wood! Chairs are comfortable. They are not heavy to move around the front porch in order to sweep behindaround them.

These chairs are very comfortable and we love the slide out ottoman. We managed to get through about 4 years of pretty heavy use with them. They are starting to look a little worn now and the armrest came off of one of them.

This thing peeled after the first year. Do not purchase this product!!!

I have had these for 3 years now and they are almost dead. That arm keeps coming off one of them and the paint is all chipped and messy. Quite comfy tho

The most comfortable Adirondack chairs I have ever encountered. No cushions needed! Assembly instructions were pretty good (this order had one part with left and right mislabeled), however it does take a bit of time and patience to assemble. Maybe 1 hr.- 1 1/2 hours per chair. Despite the usual overly rough handling by the delivery service, the packing was superb. Both chairs came through with no noticeable damage. All in all, I wouldn't even consider a different Adirondack (I even waited for this order for months before it was once again available).
