Best Patio Conversation Sets With Reviews

This patio set is really great for the price! I always read reviews before I purchase something and I am surprised at some of the criticisms people have made on this set. It is NOT a huge set, of course, which is very clear if you look at the measurements posted on the information page, but it is ridiculous to call it children-sized. At this price, how can people expect it to be a huge set? I am 5'10" and my husband is 6' and we feel perfectly comfortable on this furniture. We had a couple visiting us and the four of us very much enjoyed this seating group. What's more, this set is well made and only took me about 50 minutes to put together by myself (albeit with a power drill for the screws). The cushions are fine too... they provide more of a firm, posture-friendly seating experience which I much prefer, rather than a plush sink-in-and-hard-to-get-out-of feeling. That is a matter of preference, I suppose. In any case, you can not beat the price!

I will admit I was 100% skeptical of what would show up when I bought this. The price was too good to be true, the reviews were decent other than the assembly required was a bit challenging for some. I still thought, oh boy this is going to be "dollhouse" sized junk. 1 single box arrived right on time, and again I thought to myself "1 box, this is going to be a joke". My husband went to work assembling it, and other than a few pieces that the holes for the screws were not perfectly aligned it went together easily. He did this himself, didn't need the directions, we had no "spare screws/parts leftover" and my husband is not "handy" by any stretch of the imagination. I walked out to see it fully assembled and was pleasantly surprised, this is really decent quality patio furniture. The cushions are not exactly high-quality and I will probably replace them with something better down the road. However, for the price I paid this is the bomb! Now don't go thinking this is going to be like that $2000 set you have been dreaming about from your local furniture store. It's not. However, for the price you will get a very presentable comfortable patio set that doesn't look like "dollhouse" furniture. I will update with pictures soon.

We almost gave this item 5-stars. Everything is great with this sectional except the cushions. I had read that some people had trouble with the assembly, but the instructions were clear, the pieces were well marked and even though it took a couple hours to put together, we had no trouble. the only reason it took two hours was because it is slow going with the hex screws and the provided wrench. Not a lot of room to maneuver. It seems very sturdy and solid. We have used it quite a bit in our first few days and we love it. The only downside are the cushions...could the seat cushions get any thinner? they are barely one inch thick. We thought they were vacuum packed and would enlarge after we opened them, but they didn't. The back cushions are fine. My wife added her own cushions and we are truly enjoying this couch and lounge. The table is a nifty addition and goes perfectly with the couch. We are very pleased.

I bought the mcalester 4 pc sofa and the averelle navy rug. Let me just start with the rug. This is the coolest rug ever. My only regret is not getting it in a larger size. Definitely brings the the ‘wow’ factor on my front porch. Lots of compliments! The conversation set is good. I’ll say our first impression was that it wasn’t the highest quality. But now that we’ve had it a few weeks and been enjoying it fairly often I can say it’s decent for the sale price we paid. I’ve provided many pictures so that buyers can see what the actual product looks like. It took my husband about 1.5 hours to assemble. It’s **extremely** light weight. Probably more light weight than I would have liked. As such- I intend to treat these delicately. I wouldnt throw my full weight down onto this. The crosshatch the pillows sit on is plastic. The pillows seem water repellent and dry easily. Water marks are left easily on the the coffee table, but seem to come off when cleaned. Again- coffee table is very light weight and moves easily if knocked into. The veneered arms seem a bit delicate. Overall- impressive looking set for the price. Satisfied!

Absolutely love my purchase! Shopped long and hard to find a small bistro set where I could spend hours rocking and reading. I’m an old lady so shopped mainly online, but took every opportunity to shop in person. Everything I saw was wicker. Previously owned wicker set was difficult to clean and in outdoor environment needed it constantly. I would only consider metal and it was hard to find. A friend suggested Wayfair and I was a bit reluctant since never purchased here before. Found exactly what I wanted and her recommendation made me take the chance. Delivered as promised in 3 days with a small issue since was delivered not to my door which I expected but to the wrong building some distance from me. It was clearly the fault of Fed Ex who ignored a sign admonishing “Do not leave Packages here”. Found a nice young man who I paid to carry it to my home. My son came the next day and easily assembled it and I’ve been reading and rocking comfortably since.

I just received this set today. First of all, let me say what an amazing delivery service they have. I got a text message (choice of communication) half an hour before they were delivering my set. The 2 guys brought it right up to my porch, and left it close to the house away from the edge of the porch because it was supposed to rain. Now, after that, my husband had it together in 1 hour max. It looks great and sits well. The only thing I wish that it came with is anchors to keep the cushions on the chairs/ottomans because they do tend to slide off. Otherwise, its a very comfortable set. I love how versatile it is. I can leave it as a sectional or take the corner chair and make it into a chase lounge. I can use the coffee table as an ottoman or leave the glass on the top of it. There are suction cups to keep the glass from sliding. Im not a little girl, and I felt supported by this set. I use the entire thing around my gas fire pit and love how sleek it looks. Now I just need to get my patio pavers down so it looks even better!

Very nice and simple set of furniture. A little smaller than I thought it would be but perfect for my space and easily accommodates four normal sized adults. I will probably add a thicker cushion , and possibly one for the back of each sitting piece. However, for the price, it's all good. The first chair took about 15 minutes to put together but, once familiar, the rest was about 5 minutes per - easy to assemble. It took longer to clean up the packaging! Instructions are very basic so, if you're not mechanically inclined you might want to call a friend rather than be sorry and write a self-identifying review. At the risk of creating a problem before one exists...the finish is not glossy so a repaint after some time in the sun will not be a problem - should be easy to maintain with common sense and TLC.

The product itself is awesome. Quality wicker and extremely comfortable cushions. The chairs look and feel of quality. The only downside was one part of the assembly and the instructions, where the base must be turned as to connect to the support frame. The instructions don't state to turn (only pictures) but I figured that it was needed. Unfortunately, it would not budge, so I found the video which shows it turning so I tried harder, to not avail. A buddy of my showed up and I asked him to try, which he was unable to as well. I called customer support, who was not familiar with the product and so forwarded my issued to the company. I finally just said, fudge it, and used a pry bar to try and turn it.....which finally worked. Instructions should clearly state the amount of torque you must use to turn this thing. Once assembled, these chairs are beautiful, comfortable, and feel solid.

I bought these to use in the pits/paddock for motorcycle racing. I was looking for a more professional looking area as well as a smooth surface when working on the bike. When I received them I assembled them in my shop. I keep the shop at 55 during the winter. When I took the tiles apart to store them many of the loops and tabs broke. I emailed Rubber Flooring about the issue and after a couple of pictures they sent new tiles with no problems. Their service was great. I had the chance to use them the weekend of 3/27/21. Assembling the floor went pretty quickly. The floor looked great under my canopy. The bigger benefit was how easily the castor wheels of my rolling work seat rolled across the floor. So much better than the plain asphalt. It rained heavily when I had them setup and they got very wet. I was concerned that the shiny smooth surface would be excessively slick. The diamond pattern is pretty low profile, which is great for wheels rolling over them, but I wasn't confident they would do much to prevent slips. I was very happy to discover that the tiles were not excessively slippery. Of course with any wet surface caution is required but they still gripped quite well. Unfortunately a couple more loops broke during tear down. It was in the '70's in the sun but a few of the loops that were in the shade broke. I was as careful as I could be but a few still broke. The good news is the tiles will still work if a couple of tabs and/or loops are broken or missing. The problem is, they really shouldn't be breaking from normal use. I will see how they hold up over all throughout the race season. The benefit of a smooth working surface out weighs the cost/inconvenience of having to replace a few tiles per year. If you will be setting these up and leaving them they are an excellent choice. If you have to set up and tear down as I do, be careful with them and expect to have to replace a few tiles here and there.

This is the perfect set for my front porch. Simple yet very functional. I’ve had this set for a while now. It sits on my front porch and the only portion I normally have to worry about are the cushions when there is incremental weather. This set is very easy to clean and maintain. However, the cushion covers are not completely weather moisture resistant. I noticed mold on the covers along with bird droppings due to the continuous and consistent usage for outside. I removed the covers from the cushions that are made from some form of cheap foam. Due to the material the cushion covers are made from , I’ve found it very difficult to clean and have them look clean.  Overall, very happy with this purchase. I have been watching the set for a while and feel I was lucky enough to purchase. I am fully aware anything you leave outside permanently or for an extended matter time will and can accrue wear-age due to increment weather , animals, insets and other. Again, I am very happy with my purchase. I hope to enjoy the set for many years to come.

AWESOME! I saw this 3 pc set, read the reviews, and decided to purchase one set. I wasnt sure what I was going to do with it because I have a huge backyard that I have just started to design (new patio, new pavers, fire pit, etc), but since this set was so inexpensive, and very handsome looking in black, I figured Id just purchase this one set and decide later where to place it. When the set arrived, I unpacked all the pieces and started reading the directions. Luckily, the directions has a QR code that you scan and it takes you right to a YouTube video. Yay! Its so much easier to watch someone put it together! After I put the first chair together I realized how low it sat! Its a PERFECT size for around my fire pit!! I had been looking at those oh so common Adirondack chairs, but they just arent my thing. As soon as I was done, I placed the 2 chairs around the pit and fell in love with the look! Obviously I need more so I bought another set right away. Oh and the chairs are sturdy. If by chance your patio floor is crooked, the bottom of the chairstable have these adjustable caps. I didnt need to adjust the chairs, but I did for the table. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase. (Side note I also bought the stripped pillows from Wayfair, but the set does come with seat cushions.)

I absolutely love this set. Yesterday, I started assembling the chairs and ottomans first. Screws and allen wrenches in two separate bags so no guessing which screw belonged to which piece. When I opened the box and started removing the pieces, one of the bags covering an arm had a cigarette burn which went through to the frame but I was able to clean the arm with a magic eraser so no problem (attention Wayfair warehouse workers shouldn’t be smoking in the warehouse!!!). Assembly wasn’t the easiest but I was able to assemble the first chair in about 45 minutes. 2nd one went together in about 35 minutes. The ottomans were a breeze. Both assembled in 15 min. ASSEMBLY TIP When ready to attach the seat bottom, do NOT attach it to the chair back until the end. There are 4 screws that go through a flange into the legs. One each in the front of the flange, one each in the back of the flange. Start the screws in the back holes first, then the front. Otherwise you’ll never get the back screws in. Once you’ve got the front screws in (do not tighten), then attach the screws to the back of the chair. Then you can tighten all the screws. Doing it that way saved me 10 minutes and a lot of frustration. Unfortunately, when I went to assemble sofa and table today I discovered I had been shipped the wrong color frames. I ordered white, and was shipped Espresso. I. Hate. Brown. That being said, I called up Wayfair and spoke to Shirl (sp) and she was so very helpful. She got another order ready for me and it will be shipping tomorrow or Tuesday. No charge. They will issue a UPS call tag for the incorrect items. I’ve seen many complaints about customer service but I can honestly say I have never had a problem with any representative I’ve spoken to. Each person has been polite and helpful and has always resolved whatever issue I’ve had. I have never had to pay return shipping, I have never had to argue with anyone. Maybe it’s because I never start out my phone call with “I PAID 400 AND YOU SHIPPED ME THE WRONG ITEM”. I am always pleasant no matter what. Remember, being nice pays off. Also remember, the person on the phone didn’t pick your order in the warehouse, nor did they ship it. All in all I am happy with this purchase. I will update this when I get my replacement sofa and table. ** Update103 I received the replacement sofa and coffee table about 6 weeks after I opened a complaint with Wayfair. Unfortunately, it was again in brown, not white. The representative was very apologetic and offered to try again but I said no. I received a full credit for both incorrect orders.

I'm not sure why patio furniture is so expensive, but what can you do. I spent ages trying to find an outdoor seating solution for my new house that would (a) be ample room for 6-8 people, (b) cost less than $1000, and (c) be reasonably comfortable. It was pretty easy to find 2 out of those 3 qualities, but all three?? Sheesh. Anyway, this was the answer, and so far I'm loving it. PROS: Pieces feel sturdy; plastic wicker repels or lets water drain through easily; cushions are thick enough to be truly comfortable; neutral, attractive design. Cushions do repel water but after other reviews, I'm trying to keep them covered when it rains hard to avoid any potential mildew issues. CONS: Tables are a little flimsy? Not much of a con. Just trying to be well-rounded. Oh, also the pieces were not super easy to put together. Not bad, but set aside a good couple of hours, and two pairs of hands are useful. Shout out, also, to Wayfair customer service: I ordered these for my new house and they got shipped to my old one (hadn't updated my Paypal address and it defaulted there...oops). Wayfair was totally amazing about getting the packages re-routed once they had already shipped. I did have to call a couple times but it was also very much my fault, so a little persistence on my part didn't seem out of line. Will see how these hold up over time and update if needed, but I'm hopeful!

Have not put it together yet (it's degassing the wood stain smell in the garage). But it looks beautiful and was very well packed. All the hardware was in the bags and very well organized. UPDATE: LOVE IT!!! I'm using it for indoor in small apartment. I invested time rubbing pure beeswax on the tops of table and arms to protect it, and it looks even richer. Pillows are also from Wayfair,, yellow velvet is Bradford Cotton Throw Pillow W003373296, rug is Caldina Handwoven Cotton W000957887, orange, Turq pillows are W001427589 Cyan. Stools are THPS4349 (cut 6" off legs to make counter stools) with W002491656 pillows (I swapped inserts with 2" 16x16 foam to make stool covers). I AM SOOO HAPPY WITH MY LITTLE WAYFAIR NEST and I get tons of compliments on the bold colors. I did wash the furn cushions to get the stain smell out. I left the covers on the cushions so they would keep their shape and not shrink or twist. I used FOLEX non sudsing carpet/spot cleaner. I hung them on the line outside, sprayed and gently spread Folex with bathing brush, then hosed down and let dry. they came out fine. Very hot and dry summer day. I noticed the love seat cushion has a faint watermark, but I was more concerned about the smell of the stain that permeated the box.

4.5 stars is probably the correct rating, but it's better than 4, so 5 it is. Couple points that may help someone who is looking at this seating group. First, the description says it comes in one box of about 110 pounds or so (don't recall exact citation weight, but one box), that gave me some cause for concern, that's a lot of stuff for only 100 pounds. Actually you get two boxes of 120 lbs each, with half the group per box (two chairs, one table & one love-seat). So 240 lbs (110 kg total) will arrive in two boxes (about 200 lbs of actual product). Boxes are very manageable with two people. Another review talked about one box being a perfect start, they were right. Instructions are okay - not bad, and you get extra hardware for every piece (very good). In the end you'll have 16 hex wrenches, which seems a waste. I used one for the entire set. Recommend a ratcheting hex wrench and two individual hex wrenches (vs 16!), would be more user friendly. Assembly was pretty straight forward (very reasonable time wise) with a note to put in the bolts that hold the backs on the chair/bench first to ensure alignment of the back before you put in and tighten the screws. I put a little bees wax on all the screws, an expert woodworker told me many years ago that it will prevent any splitting and makes driving the screws easier. He was right on both counts - no issues with the screws. Per the instructions, don't over tighten the screws - no need to. As above, I did one box first (and used the furniture that evening with friends) and opened and assembled the second box the next day. The wood is nice, far from perfect, but this is a patio set, 8 pieces at a very reasonable price. All the hardware worked, no problems at all. All the cushions are nice, with excellent velcro fasteners to keep them in place. Time will tell how it holds up, but looks good, comfortable and very functional (we need to seat 7 occasionally). Pleased with our purchase, delivered ahead of schedule, easy to assemble, looks good, works well, excellent price.

LOVE this porch set!! The two rockers were delivered on day expected. They came in two boxes. They were packed very well without any damage to the chairs. They were easy to put together, every thing was clearly labeled,maybe took an hour to put then together. They are so comfortable! I was thinking that I would need to replace the chair pads as they are thin, but I had friends visit and we sat in them all day. Since only two boxes were delivered I thought the table was in one of the boxes, but it wasn't. I contacted customer service and they said that they are still showing one more box will be delivered and it came the next day. That took less than 30 mins to put together and it is a very sturdy table at the right height! Very pleased with my purchase so much so that I am going to order two more chairs!

This is a really good quality seat set. I cant believe the sale price was so low I wish now I would have got 2 sets for my deck. It looks great. It has a steel powder coated frame that was not mentioned in the description. It was a bit of a challenge to put together and we have to see what happened as we have several bolts left over. The only disappointment is the seat cushions are very thin foam so I will need to go buy different ones. If they were thicker I would have given a 5. I bought the grey set thinking the rattan was also grey and not just the seat cushions but the chairs are definitely brown, which Im okay with as my other chairs are the same. I do hope the set holds up for several years as the seat bases are only the weave and no support beneath if someone heavy was to sit they may cause the rattan to stretch and collapse as my other set has steel slats the cushions rest on. Ive included a picture of just the bench to show color without the cushion on. Time will tell but the price was great so Im happy. Definitely worth buying.
