Absolutely love this arbor. So much so that I ended up purchasing a trellis to match it! I assembled it in about 90 minutes by myself in my livingroom before carrying it outside. I did sink it in concrete to give it permanence in its new home. I have a Raspberry Cream Twirl rose bush climbing up one side and a Peaches and Cream Honeysuckle on the other. I use strips of old nylons to secure and train my plants. This arbor withstands Oklahoma winds very well and has not been beat up by our crazy weather this far. I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend this arbor.

I'll get the negatives out of the way first, but read to the end please. The arbor came a day late after the (WayFair scheduled apt.) handyman installation was scheduled. It arrived damaged. One of the main post had a hole and a crack in it. The screws were cheap and snapped easily. Just like the other people commented about. But, the handyman that Wayfair coordinated for us was able to problem-solve and put the damaged pillar towards the house. So no one will know it is damaged. He also used his own screws, & tools, and went out of his way to anchor the arbor inside of our concrete pavers. He used his own U- brackets to secure the arbor to the house. He did such a great job! He worked into the night with lights on his hat. It took him approx. 8 1/2 hours due to the problem solving and anchoring. Wayfair refunded us $175 due to the damage. Wayfair is "Wayfair"! I love Wayfair. The product is exactly what we wanted and much cheaper than a regular pergola over a window or garage door. It makes our house look very cute! I would have given it five stars if it had not been damaged upon arrival and late for the scheduled installation. The price was a bit high but cheaper than any other option for what we wanted. I am beyond pleased!

Overall, it’s nice for the price. It’s a little flimsy until it’s staked down, so I found it easy to get this arbor lopsided. There are some visible staples too which I don’t care for, but also, may be unavoidable. That said, it does make a nice statement and once in place, is doing its job and taking high winds well. Arbors like these can get expensive quick and this is a good value for its price. It’s very easy to assemble. I did it myself in about an hour. I was able to move it alone as well, but 2 people would be preferable. For our purposes, I can’t say I’d buy again but I wouldn’t discourage anyone from buying it. I do think it’s a good value and attractive.

We searched many types of arbors but settled on this one because its made of cedar and we liked the arch top. I personally stained the lattice of mine and the top bars to give it a nice two tone effect. I also stained a semigloss clear coat to help sustain the color from fading. Now installation instructions I departed from and came up with I believe to be a better way to install this. First instead of digging 4 holes one for each leg I decided on 2 Large ovals one for each side pair of legs. Now the wood legs are not actually supposed to go into the ground but metal spikes that are attached to grooves on the inside of each leg so in theory you could remove the legs from the spikes that are in the ground. Here is where I created what I believe is a superior method of installing this because the idea of trying to set this in concrete while it sets up would be a nightmare. So first I dug the 2 holes for each side pair of legs about 20 deep. I dug the holes out so the were wider atat the bottom then top. I then used different types of crushed stone and packed it down in the holes. I drilled holes in the metal spikes near the bottom and inserted metal rebar going from the front to back connecting the front and back metal spike almost like a set of skies. I also applied a rust preventer to the metal spikes and rebar. So after each hole was packed with crush gravel just high enough in the hole so when I set the legs down the metal spikes would penetrate the crushed stone up to where the rebar went thru. I laid down some 1x4 wood boards that spanned both holes and used that for the actual arbor wood bottoms of each leg to sit on and then it was easier to make adjustments to either side as I leveled the arbor. Once it was set I chose to use a product called Fast 2K foam setting compound that I used installing my aluminum fence. This stuff sets up in literally minutes and is hard as rock in minutes. With help I poured two back at the same time so the foam would come together as one and you can see how it fills in. With the bottoms and sides of the holes are wider under ground there Is no way this will ever come out of the ground. We then added planter boxes to each side of the arbor where our plants are growing. They look like they belong.

I LOVE this arbor! It arrived quickly and all pieces were in good condition. Assembly was easy, but you do have to follow the directions and the order of building the components. My husband and I worked on it together. One person can assemble, but two are needed to stand it up and position it. We did fine. The next day my neighbor came over to help my husband level it and cement legs into the ground. It looks beautiful. It was on sale and price was lower than the exact same arbor sold in 3 other places. I’m very pleased. Can’t wait till next spring to see climatis in full bloom on it!

This arbor was bought as a replacement for a previous arbor that was on its last legs. A recent storm knocked it over and that as the end of the old one. This one was easy to assemble, however it definitely needs two people once you are ready to place the sides. I didn't give this five stars because there was no way to put a 2x4 post past the lower cross piece without some work and cutting on our part. We ended up having to cut the lower cross pieces and cut our wood to have the posts go high enough into the plastic so we could support it and place it properly (code in our area says you have to have supports for structures go 30 inches or more below ground. The additional white plastic pieces provided are less than 24 inches total). Overall, we like the arbor and it is nicer than the one we originally had.

Okay so I thought I would give my opinion on the garden arbor. I read reviews and people complained about no predrilled hole. Complained on how flimsy this arbor is. First, You don’t need predrilled holes, the screws are self tapping easy as pie to connect. I put this trellis together by myself I am 62 years and this was so easy to install. It only took me about an hour to put this up and another 40 minutes to dig and set post with cement ensuring everything was level and right height. The hard part is waiting for my roses to cover this completely. This garden arbor is sturdy and just fit perfect in the spot in my back yard. I would buy again. Follow the directions and you will have a beautiful sturdy arbor.

I ordered 2 Nantucket Deluxe Vinyl Arbors. On 4/2/24 Fed Ex delivered 1 and 1/2 of the order. I had stored the 3 boxes that arrived in the garage waiting for the cold weather in Chicago to pass. Started building the first arbor and cannot wait to install it in the garden. It is beautiful. Called Wayfair today regarding the missing box. Customer service was fantastic!! Discovered that only 3 of 4 boxes were delivered from a manufacturer error and the Wayfair rep called the vendor immediately with me on the phone to have the missing box sent immediately. I was not expecting such an easy, quick and piositive resolution. Can't wait to have both arbors installed along my garden brick walkway highlighting a purple jixmanji and a red niobe clematis...the old arbors were rusting and did not match in color or style. Customer service was fantastic and I will shop Wayfair again! I would send photos but the box for the 2nd arbor is just being shipped. Just want you to know your customer rep made my day today!!! Bought this arbor to jazz up my mother's entryway to her yard. Had AI generate a mockup of just how to do this and AI generated a gorgeous picture with this specific arbor. While more work needs to be done, the arbor fits beautifully in this space. (see pictures; tried to remove people in the image so it may look a bit off). This is actually pretty easy to put together, mainly using a slide and lock mechanism with little drilling actually needed, aside from a few screws. Two people may be needed to lift the arbor after assembly but it is surprisingly very lightweight. It didn't come with stakes, although it wouldn't work in my concrete yard anyway. I am a bit worried that a particularly windy day may cause this to fall (it's not flimsy but also not entirely stable), and so I'll try to secure it with fishing wire to avoid this from happening. The only issue for us was that some of the arbor was assembled on concrete and the arbor material is easily scratched up. Some of the arch is already scratched from just lying on the ground during assembly. My hope is that some climbing roses will cover these scratches up!

Finally got around to assembling this trellis. It looks great but took two of us about 2 12 hours. Directions were poor. If you have good gut instincts, this trellis for you! Everything was really well labeled though, so no worries about having to hold a screw up to a picture to determine if it matched. If you’ve had to do this before, you know what m talking about. Did NOT come with stakes, but instructions said to put in ground 4 feet. Um…so you can’t walk under it Obviously a mistake, thus the poor instructions comment. All in all, it came out looking great and feels sturdy!

I'm looking forward to seeing this in summer, covered in Major wheeler honeysuckle and surrounded by prairie roses and lavender. And after we stain the fence and raise the arbor height. Very nice looking but needs to be 6" taller. There is barely 6 feet of clearance under the arch so we'll have to add blocks to the bottom to boost it tall enough to go over our path. However the style and price are both very good and I'm enjoying seeing the profile in winter. As other reviews mentioned, assembly was quite tricky even with two handy adults, largely because all the side trellis criss cross pieces are only held in place by tension and notches. They don't fit together in the sides easily, it's quite tight. So you're trying to keep all of them in place and slotted into one side, slot into the other post, and desperately get the bolts screwed in enough to hold it together so you can tweak them before tightening the bolts. I'm lucky my wife is so patient.

I love the details, especially the little birds! It's exactly what I wanted. The color is perfect for me.. more brown toned than white washed, which makes it a perfect addition to my new patio. I've hung lights from it, which gives it such a nice ambiance! Assembly was a little tricky at first, since the instructions are somewhat limited, but then we got rolling and it didn't take long. So happy with this purchase and couldn't be more pleased with Wayfair's quick delivery!

Pretty arbor and good for the price. Arrived quickly with all parts and hardware; no damage. I assembled it myself and the instructions are decent. There were no predrilled holes on the body of the arbor to attach the small, curved pieces, but there were predrilled holes on the pieces and the wood is soft enough that I wouldn't have needed a power drill. The anchor kit included required digging holes and pouring concrete, which was way too much bother. I purchased Fence Post Anchor Kits that included Steel Repair Stakes and Ground Spikes. The arbor isn't cedar but I'm hoping it will last, and since my current arbors are lower in quality and are 20 years old I have high hopes!

The arbor advertised a depth of 30", but the arbor I received has a depth of 20". I would still buy it for the reasons explained in the headline, but the product was not correctly advertised. Below is the response I received from Wayfair. I apologize for the confusion on our site. The overall depth on our website refers to the longest depth on this arbor, which is the top cross beam. This arbor was an excellent value, especially for the reasonable price. Assembly was easy, everything fit as expected, and the arbor looks great. The photo on the website is an accurate representation of the finished product. Some additional hints on installation: --Some cypress is rot-resistant, but not always, so for added protection I added two coats of spar polyurethane, especially on the bottoms of the legs and other end grain. This enhanced its appearance, and will protect the arbor from sun fade and from absorbing water. --It is recommended that the arbor be installed with cement footings, but if you're handy enough to assemble the arbor, this shouldn't be a problem. DON'T SKIP THIS STEP. The arbor is of good quality, but it is lightweight and a stiff wind will knock it over if you just stake it into the ground without the footings. Dig your holes, situate the arbor, and pour in dry Quikcrete. Add water with a hose, and let it set up. --I added an "X" cross brace to the back of the arbor to keep it square during assembly and installation, and additional braces to hold it plumb and level while putting in the cement footings. During installation, I braced it in place, then left it for a day so I could walk around it, view it from various angles, and make sure it was in the right place and looked straight. (It's like getting married: pour the concrete in haste, repent at leisure.) After the concrete has set, remove all the bracing, put some dirt on top of the footings, and you're done. Great product. We recently purchased this and put it together (two of us) and it was pretty easy to do overall. A few times it took some effort to get pieces into an opening but with patience and a rubber mallet to help we did it. I think it would be much more stressful if only one person tried to do it. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there is only ground stakes/mounts but we put it on our deck and there are no secures/brackets included for this. I looked online and it’s an extra $100 for four post holders that can be screwed into wood, etc. Yikes...we went and bought our own brackets to use from hardware store for under $10. We also added privacy lattice to it. So it looks real nice. Overall we love this arbour and highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hardest part is putting in the ground anchors and installing it making sure its level as possible. Seems sturdy. All materials, screws, etc seem of good quality and there was nothing spaced incorrectly. Holes everywhere made for easy screwing and putting together. Looks very nice. Time will tell how well it holds up but I have high hopes and I am happy with this item. This best thing about this item is that it came with the 16" ground anchors. I could not find proper ground anchors for any locally sold arbors and even many online. The only negative comment I can make is you have to superglue little white screw cap covers all over the place. A couple of them fell off during placement on the ground anchors from my knocking them so I had to superglue them back on. Not sure how well those will hold. Maybe the superglue provided was off poor quality and swapping out for something like gorilla glue might help. It was my only negative viewpoint.

I am excited to have this arbor up. It is high quality and sturdy for my jasmine vines to grow up and over. Plan on spending a full day to put the arbor together and in place. I also recommend two people. The hardest part of installation was measuring and making sure everything was level. It would also be more helpful if the poles had a sticker or something to tell which went were in the directions. We ended up figuring it out based on size and number of poles. We were a little disappointed the skinny rails over head were not symmetrical when we lined up the holes, but a hack saw quickly solved the problem (see picture). With the end caps it looks normal, we didn't bother calling the company. I love the new addition to our garden.

I am so pleased with this gazebo. I wanted something to serve as a focal point for a shade garden in the back corner of my property. It will be perfect as I add more ferns and other tall shade loving plants around it. I planted English Ivy for the floor area. The view behind that corner of the yard is not very appealing to me, so I decided the gazebo with plants around it will hide the unwanted sights. I actually put the gazebo together myself. I wasn't sure I could after reading some of the other comments, but it was actually fairly easy to assemble and not very heavy to move into place. You do need the tools listed. I needed one item I didn't have. After getting it, it all went right into place. I am a visual person, so following the photos was very logical and helpful to me. Every part was included and I made piles of each according to the photo chart before starting to assemble the gazebo. This is a tubular metal product. While it may not last for years and years, I certainly feel I got my money's worth in the visual presence of this piece. It will be wonderful to landscape around. I plan to use lighter vines on this gazebo. I'm afraid heavy vines would over power the strength of the tubes. Once again thrilled with Wayfair.
