Received the hot tub a few days ago. Shipping took about 5 weeks. Literally put the tub in place, fill it with water and plug it in. Screwed the cover on and waited about 24hrs to reach 100 degrees. As other reviewers stated, this 4 person tub is really ideal for 2 people. It is doable with maybe one more person, but a tight squeeze.
