Very upset and disappointed with my serenelife hot tub. We bought it knowing that it was a previous open box purchase and were assured that this product successfully underwent a vigorous quality inspection process- it was opened,inspected and repackaged by the Wayfair team. The 2 filter cartridges, the ground sheet and the filter protector cover. Missing parts at the serene life home website did not even carry the items. Very disappointed Wayfair

This spa is highly overpriced. It does NOT come with a waterfall feature as the website claims. It also takes way too long to heat up. Sure, the unit is compact and the heater is built in, but thats not worth the extra 300.
