Product good but nuts missing in shipment

Perfect Just what I was looking for. Grandkids can get up & down easily. Was easy to put together also

It’s winter here still so we can’t put up our trampoline and install this but it is put together and ready to go! It appears to be well made and doesn’t require anything to install, just hook it on and climb the steps. The only thing I would have liked was if it was a few inches wider.

I was really excited about this. Looks like the small screws are missing and all the cap nuts won’t Screw on straight… this is a hot mess. It is made out of nice material - it will be Sturdy when I can get it together will alternate screws. Nice price point - nice material - however can’t get the screws screwed on.

Price is great the kids love it easy to climb on and off

Great ladder, directions were non existent but pretty much common sense on putting it together. Steps seem very stable for children and adults.

Seems an ok ladder for the money you pay. Nothing special! But customer service with Wayfair is terrible!!!
