I used them in a different way… mainly for safety so if my daughter does in the couch she can’t climb over the side rail. At night my deck turns into a high end private outdoor space. I bought these to help reduce the wind that we get on our deck. We have them attached to the railings. Last year we had to chase our furniture a few times during our wind storms but not this year. They worked very well as a wind break. They definitely had to be secured well to keep them in place. They look very nice and add to the look of our deck instead of taking away. The privacy screens arrived yesterday and I opened one of the boxes today. There are 3 panels per screen to fasten together, and the legs to attach. Hardware was provided, as were the instructions. Arrived very quickly with no damage during shipping. Excited to get the 5 screens assembled and the oxidation process to begin. I will be using them in my courtyard around the hot tub for privacy. Rustic split bamboo slat fences have been used for centuries in many regions of the world where bamboo is available. It can be used on its own or attached to cover a chain link fence for added beauty and privacy. They are inexpensive and easy to install. Bamboo slats or split bamboo fences are woven together with black nylon coated wire, as opposed to other split bamboo slat fences in the market that usually tie their fences with bare metal wire exposing unsightly metal and rust. The fence is semi-opaque, which provides some privacy. The unique color of the bamboo slats makes it one of the most gorgeous and striking, looking bamboo fences on the market today. The bamboo slats we use are about 1/2" wide. They are packed in a roll for convenience in shipping and setting up. Due to the natural material used, the color will vary and may not look exactly like the photos shown. These fences are not solid, and you WILL be able to see through them.

This worked absolutely perfect for my purposes! I did have to hire somebody to install them for me. They are heavy when they come in the role so it does take two people to attach it to the fence. Wpc includes UV inhibitors in the composite to prevent fading and discoloring. This is a 4-pack of boards, it is up to the installer to determine how many boards are needed to finish the fence. Please review the configuration pages for the 4' and 6' fence examples. Each slat board is 6' long, 3.5" tall and .75" thick. Each board has a solid 3/4" edge making them perfect for slat fencing with 1/2" openings between the slat boards. We also offer tongue and groove for solid fencing. Our boards are specifically designed to be used on the outdeco horizontal slat fence kit, item number odsl6. (sold separately) the horizontal fence kit comes with a center strap which is required to keep all boards aligned.
