There were multiple broken pieces from the connecting points. There were no instructions at all. Even though the manufacturer’s website says there is no assembly required for this product, you have to screw the pieces together in the proper orientation, which takes a little experimentation to figure out. I did end up keeping the product as the broken pieces were not visible and the screws held the pieces in place, despite the broken pieces.
