    These are the most gorgeous lamps I have ever owned. The crystal facets catch the light beautifully. A work of art in my opinion. Just love them. Packing was incredible as they came in a solid block of styrofoam it was hard to get them out of the box and they came with a bulb which surprised me. I’ve seen several lamps glass ball style and these are by far the most attractive. You won’t regret purchasing them.

    This item has not been delivered though Wayfair has emailed me that it was delivered. Upon checking the tracking, it was delivered, to Hardeeville, SC and was signed for by a M Herrera. It should have been delivered to 971 Rock Creek Road, Creston, NC. There has been a good bit of damage done to this area due to Hurricane Helene, but deliveries have been made for a week by UPS and the Postal Service. Fed Ex has completely failed to do its job and I am more than annoyed. I fail to understand why two other delivery services have been able to do their job and FedEx has not and has delivered it to a town in another state. I am sure that I have already paid for this purchase so I do want it in my home. I have spent a lot of money over the years from Wayfair and I have been very satisfied for the most part, but I really have a problem with the way you ship things. So I guess my question is, What are you going to do to correct this problem and must you use FedEx Linda Murray

    Said it was delivered, but never received it. We live in a gated, security patrolled neighborhood, I took proper channels to track it and ask neighbors about it, and we did NOT get it, and they won't refund me. Adding recording service to our Ring doorbell app (wish we had it sooner) for proof as future reference, so this doesn't happen again. I'm ANGRY. I am an interior designer and buy items several times a week, but will NOT be ordering from Wayfair again, if I can help it.
