I placed an order for 3 of these a month ago with no issues. Ordered 1 more last week. Received light and remote but absolutely no hanging or changing equipment. Nice, lightweight picture light. USB rechargeable so it's perfect. Unsure how long the charge lasts, so if I find the charge life is too short, I will update the review. I would recommend to the manufacturer that they drill one screw hole in the magnetic plate in the back for more secure mounting. Not a fan of the adhesive backing on the metal plate, and I know I'll fear unit is just heavy enough to slip off the magnetic plate and fall off the wall.
