Round Style Shelter, Green Cover

I give it 2 stars, one for each year it was up before tearing, the description above isnt accurate, the one I bought was 12 x 28 and grey in color, either way I am very disappointed with this purchase, I bought this thinking I would get 5 - 7 years out of it but instead I didnt even get 2, I constructed it on 4x4 pressure treated wood that I staked to the ground with rebar to prevent any movement, the flaw I Believe is in the cover itself, I havent called shelter logic yet to see what it will cost for a new cover because Im sure Im not willing to spend what they will want for one, sadly I know that soon enough the cover will tear completely apart and I will have nothing but a frame standing there. Dont waste your money, there are plenty of other options to consider if you need to shelter your belongings, now Im up against the clock to figure out what to do with everything stored in it, needless to say but I will never recommend a shelter logic.

Rating is based on Wayfair customer service, not the product. The order was delayed multiple times, to the point that I purchased a replacement and had it installed before the order ever arrived. Wayfair charged me to ship it back and refused to cover the cost of shipping.

Was a lot more work than I anticipated. Lasted a few years. Had it Anchored down with cement And in a windstorm it came out of the ground cement and all. Didn’t get the use out of it for the money i paid

It is a good structure so far. Just put it up today. I was impressed with the thick material and sturdy poles. I bought it to store my quad in. The best part was that I was able to put it up by myself. Yes, it would have been easier with two people but it is doable with one person that is at least a little handy.

Has been holding up well through wind, rain and hail storms here in OK. Works great.

Unless you live next door to wayfair, don't plan on having it installed. We order this because it offered and install service. I am 78. my wife is 75. After 5 rescheduled appointments they cancelled, saying they didn't have anybody in our area. I just want to know what the hell we're suppose to do with it now??????? ,

It took about 4 hrs for two of us to set up. It wasnt that hard but I had a shelter already up (different brand (Rhino) but same basic design) to keep referring to. Was easier than my last shelter to but the cover on and tighten it-- seems well made though the poles do not seem as heavy duty as my Rhino shelter . It was disappointing that there were no grommet holes in the tops of the door to roll up the door-- I didnt know you had to buy a separate kit to get the doors to roll up (I looked it up and it does not seem all that easy to install-grommet holes wouldve been a no brainer). I rigged up a way to keep the door rolled up but that seems lame that they do not offer grommet enforced holes. I will see how it stands up to NH winters -- it is snug for my CRV. If I was a big person it would be hard to get in and out of-- makes me wish I wouldve gotten the pointed roof as the bend lessens the space. All and all it looks good--was easy enough to set up -the instructions are pretty pathetic and it would NOT have been easy had I not done one before. Good quality for the price.
