Best peeler by far. It peels your apples and it spiral cuts them at the same time. It takes me 8 minutes to peel 10 apples for my Apple pie. This little gadget saves me a ton of time and aggravation. If you happen to have a white elephant for work and you need a gift I bought one of these and about 6 apples and all the ingredients to make an Apple pie along with my grandmothers recipe in a basket and wrapped it in plastic. It was the gift that everyone kept stealing.

I LOVE this kitchen tool! During the summer months, I eat more salads and especially Greek salads. I buy bulk jars of Kalamata olives for my salads, but they are unpitted. This tool makes quick work of that. I save money and eat quality olives in my salads at the same time because of this tool. I removed the plastic splash guard" as it really isn't necessary, but that is my only critique.

I am so glad I bought this! It made my Thanksgiving prep so much easier and stress-free. It’s been a game-changer in the kitchen, and I’m beyond excited to use it again for my Christmas meals and holiday baking. Highly recommend for anyone looking to simplify their holiday cooking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been eating SOOOO many more veggies since I bought the KitchenAid Vegetable Sheet Cutter. It's only been a week but the journey has only begun and the possibilities are almost endless. We adore wraps but don't want the extra carbs. Enter the lovely long sheets of "veg" that have taken wraps to a whole new level. Even sweet potato, cut and brushed with EVO and thrown on the grill pan for a quick sear/heat/soften makes the best wrap imaginable. Take that burger, a bit of cheese, fresh sweet pea shoots and hummus and wrap it up in the sweet potato wrapper and you'll gladly give up that carb heavy bun! Zoodles (Zucchini noodles) with pesto and toasted walnuts came out perfectly. How about a unique take on breakfast with delicate sheets of Granny Smith apples stuffed with rolled oats, pecans, craisins and honey then baked in the oven and topped with Greek yoghurt? The only difficulty I've had is with butternut squash but I've read many other reviews that suggest this is one of the toughest ones to manage due to the hollow seed-filled core. Despite the challenge, I used just the top solid part of the squash and made an incredible butternut squash lasagne filled with coasrely chopped oyster mushrooms in a mornay sauce and finished with fried sage leaves and fresh Grana Padano...can I honestly say it was more satisfying than my homemade lasagne noodles? Yes! This is a game changer and I'm looking forward to playing and creating countless other beautiful and flavorful recipes with the new attachment.

Nice peeler! Very good for parmesan, yams, cucumber, and carrots. Pretty much everything I have tried to peel has gone great. Handle must be hollow because its light weight. Feels very solid in the hand.

Great purchase. I use it nearly every day. I'm still waiting for an electric apple slicer (they're all a bit hard to push through - - this one is better than many), but until then, this is a good choice.

I barley use this item. Thanks for reminding me about it. I am going to make some baked apples for desert so now it will just be easier to do!

Great little product. Solidly built and heavier than ones you see in specialty stores or departments of stores. It has a removable plastic covering to protect blades. We also turn it upside down to place an apple on top of when slicing. Really slices nice. I have yet not to get the entire core cut away from the individual pieces. We eat more apples now!

The first shipment I received a used plastic peeler in Alessi packaging. I contacted Wayfair and they rectified the issue and shipped out the correct item. It is very small and mostly for aesthetic purposes. It’s a piece of art and functional in light use situations.
