These jars are great - I do love Kilner jars. They're sharp looking and look great on my countertop. they hold up well in the dishwasher. Something I've learned though is that I do prefer the round versions of these jars as they are easy to work with on the counter and in my pantry as far as placement... but - the jars themselves are fine.. The item is good. I like that they are glass and they seal well. I just wish they were a little bigger in size. I am using the jars for baking essentials (flour, sugar, brown sugar, etc) and even the largest one does not hold a 5 lb bag of flour or sugar. Once I filled them up, I have remaining flour and sugar that I either keep in the cabinet in a plastic bag so they don't spill or throw the extra out.
