The hard-boiled eggs handle was already broken when I opened the box and I am still working with the manufacturer to see what they will do because Wayfair referred me to them so I cannot refund nor getting any replace yet. The egg bites maker came as described and the color matches the Hamilton Beach breakfast sandwich maker that I have. I like these smaller appliances that allow for quick meal prep and easy storing.
