Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick 3 Quart Saucier

Viking is a great product. I’m happy with my purchase.

This pan is great for so many things, I use it a lot. On the negative side the handle does get hot.

Heavy aluminum pan great for flame or flame free ranges.

As with the Viking 10 inch fry pan, this saucier will not work on the main burner of my induction range. This reduces the usefulness of this saucier for my purposes. Now I have a Viking fry pan and a Viking saucier that do not perform near as well as other brands. Analon 8 inch skillets and 1 quart sauce pan will work on my range, but not this Viking saucier and 10 inch fry pan purchased at the same time. Do not recommend.

I like to make my own sauces for spaghetti and lasagna and this saucier by Viking is the perfect size. It is heavy duty and cleans up well. Which is a plus! I also love the clear lid. I know that I will be using this saucier often.

I love my Viking 3at nonstick saucer with lid. Highly recommend. It came promptly and in a nice sturdy box. With it being nonstick, do not use metal utensils, as they will scratch, the non stick coating.

It is a very good size, perfect for cooking for a small family. Obviously I won’t be able to tell how it holds up over time since it is a recent purchase. Looks well made and sturdy with a nice enough glass lid. It arrived very well packaged.

Beautiful and works wonderfully. Cooking is even and quick. The nonstick properties are like water off a duck’s back. I’m not sure of durability because we just got it but it feels well made, heavy, and solid. Also, we’re going to hand wash. Finally, you can use it for induction cooking. We have a gas stove and we’re very impressed. Great purchase!

I love this Viking nonstick sauce pan. It is very well constructed and of high quality workmanship. It is made of heavy gauge aluminum so it has some weight to it, not flimsy. The handle is riveted so it would stay durable. I like the tempered glass lid so you can see how your cooking progresses.
