I was very impressed with the packaging of this coffee maker. Everything was packed securely, with very little chance of anything breaking during transit. When I opened the box, I was immediately happy with the color. It is a true, neutral grey that fits beautifully with my kitchen decor. The machine itself has a soft, sleek finish that gives it a high-end, modern look. It even reminds me of the popular stand mixers in style, which I really like. Functionally, it performs just as well as it looks. It brews coffee quickly, and the aroma that fills the kitchen while it's brewing is absolutely wonderful. The coffee tastes incredibly smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful it was. Initially, I found that the measurements in the filter resulted in coffee that was a bit too strong for my taste.
