This 5qt stainless steel was a gift to me and has been great for daily use. I recently switched to all stainlesss steel pots from non stick and this has been the best so far. Loving this pan so far. Have used for 3 months and it has kept the non stick well. It is heavier but I like that it is aluminum free and ceramic for better food safety from toxic chemicals in other non stick. Cooks nice and evenly as well. It’s too soon to comment on the durability of this product, but so far I am pleased with the nonstick capability and the overall heft and performance of the pan. Years ago, I bought a small nonstick ceramic saucepan that has a great interior coating, and it still works as well as the day I bought it in terms of the nonstick surface. I finally decided to buy a frying pan, even though I normally use cast-iron or my instant pot or Stainless steel in an effort to avoid toxic chemicals leading into my food, including the ones that have yet to be discovered as toxic. Hopefully this is as non-toxic as advertised in the long run, and it’s amazing to not have to use any kind of oil and be able to cook so easily in it.
