The Bolt Down bracket system enables pergola owners to mount their pergola safely and securely to a wood deck or cement patio. Everything works well and looks great but i ended up buying a soft close set separate after i realized this one will only soft close in one direction (either soft close open or soft close closed) could have save a lot of money just buying regular barn door hardware and buying the soft close pieces separately. It was easy to install however the instructions did not match this actual track rollers. Smooth quiet rolling and low profile. I picked this style with the top hang to ensure it did not take away the attention from the door but still keeping the great barn door aesthetic. We're still in the remodel stage but super happy!. This track was very frustrating. We don’t lobe that it came in two pieces, it causes the door to “jump the tracks” which makes me nervous that the door can fall off. It also has multiple holes in it which looks strange when you’re up close. Eventually we’ll get one track welded and powered coated but use the rollers that were in this kit. Just got it, getting ready to install. Solid materials and exactly as described. We have a low-clearance space (4.5 inches from top of door to ceiling) and most other barn door hardware need between 4.5 and 6” clearance. There are low-profile t-sliders elsewhere, but super expensive (and no-return policy), so we are hoping these work give they are top-door mounted and thus save some space. For those in a similar situation, I got the clearance info from Wayfair (took a bit), but the clearance height was recommended at “ 4 inches”. I will update if that works!
