We purchased the Chezney 4-Person Solid Wood Dining Set and had a great experience from start to finish. We received several email updates regarding our order status, along with a delivery time estimate. The set was delivered just 9 days after placing the order. The delivery drivers called about 10 minutes prior to arrival and were kind, courteous, and very helpful. They even brought the boxes into our home. Everything arrived extremely well packaged with no visible signs of damage. Assembly was very straightforward. It took two of us about 30–40 minutes to assemble the table and four chairs, including cleanup. We found it easier to assemble the chairs with the seats placed on a counter, and using a socket wrench instead of the included tool made the process quicker. The table and chairs are beautiful and made of very sturdy hardwood. The butterfly leaf is especially convenient—it's easy to use and operates smoothly. These chairs are sturdy and Comfortable and putting them together wasn't too difficult. I did it by myself. The only thing that I would caution people about is that they are not a white-white as the picture shows. It's more of a cream colour. I took a picture of something that is white next to the chair to show the difference. Also, the seat is not quite the pleather material I thought it was, but I think it's still wipeable. Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that.
