Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. it works as advertised. it was easy to install, but only becaues i've installed another bidet before. the instructions are not very detailed, and the rubber gaskets do not come pre-installed for all pieces. You need to double check which way they're facing prior to installing, and the instructions do not mention this at all. It is also very flimsy, despite water going through it. I love this toilet. It sleeker and prettier than some of the larger more expensive brands. There are things I would change.. toilet seat should close then flush.
