LOVE this Drury Lane dining table! It took awhile to arrive but was worth the wait. After ordering it I was nervous that there might be a piece of wood on the bottom of the basket part blocking my sight from the top of the table to the floor. But there wasn't. You can see the floor from the top of the table. We purchased the 47 or 48" and the glass took three adults to lift the glass to put on top of the base. The glass has a nice beveled edge and the with the weight of it I don't see it moving an inch if someone accidentally bumps into it. As a side note...my husband loves the new look the table provides.
