These solar lights are beautiful but I have tried and tried to remove the plastic cover off the solar panel area on one of them. I even read that I could use warm water and that did not work. I also read you can warm it up with a blow dryer and that did not work. I am being extra careful to not damage the surface. They came packaged nicely and the only assembly is attaching the stakes. There are two modes steady or blinking and the color of each bulb does not change so the description is incorrect.
