Don’t freak out if the box it comes in has the wrong dimensions printed on it. The one I got said 10x10, but I ordered 10x12. I had to Google it, and I read that as long as the stickers with the QR code says 10x12, it’s probably going to be the right size. They just use the same box for multiple sizes. The color was true to the photos, on the site. The fabric is a good weight, and quality. The only thing that would make it better, is if there was more velcro on the tie backs, so it would be more adjustable. I had to leave it loose. Also, some thin ties at the bottom would have been nice, to help keep it from lifting as much, when it’s really windy, and raining. It rained after installation, and the water did bead up on the fabric, so it is water resistant, like they say in the description. Over all, it is a quality product! Now that it's installed, I'm VERY happy with the overall look and quality of the gazebo. It's attractive, sturdy and a nice addition to my back yard. I do feel obligated to give a mild warning to prospective buyers: - When the instructions say 2+ people are required at certain stages they mean it. DON'T do what I did (assembled the posts and beams upside down and flipped it over). Ripped bolt anchors, bent metal, lots of cursing. All fixable but not a good time. - The instructions only include pictures and there were more than a couple times I interpreted them incorrectly . I ended up having to remove and re-install parts after having that "ah-hah" moment . Not the end of the world but it adds time. - Nuts and bolts are made of soft metal. You WILL have lots of stripped bolts if you use a power drill ( a must if you want to speed things up) and are not super careful. Good news is Sojag provides lots of extra parts. But... - Having so many extra parts means you'll constantly second guess whether your missing something; especially since there are holes that don't need anything. Love the privacy when closed. Total blackout from outside light when completely closed. Added lightning in the gazebo to create a cozy secluded environment. One thing I’d do differently is to provide grommets at the bottom of the curtain to allow for anchoring. They blow in when the wind blows or we get a heavy rain. They do provide shade and rain protection when there is no wind. Still looking for a way to anchor them so wind doesn’t blow them constantly. Otherwise, it is a heavy fabric that seems to be weathering well thru the last couple of years. They remain up year round and provide warmth in the winter from cold breezes when they don’t blow in.. This Gazebo is beautiful and sturdy, but unfortunately it came with some scratches and little dents on the poles. The company should think about better wrapping to protect all the pieces. Bought this gazebo last year. Used it for approximately 4-5 months then removed the cloth roof for the winter at which time it seemed to have gotten brittle. They said it was normal after being out in the sun. We have had other gazebos and got 3-5 YEARS out of them before replacing. The frame itself is the best we have ever had.
