It's a little fiddly to lay down and you need to be careful when walking on it or laying your flooring as the top layer can catch on your shoes and tear. Awesome product, especially if you are utilizing as an underlayment, in order to lay down LVT (Luxury Vinyl Planking. It also has excellent insect repellent capability, sound deadening qualifies and insulating characteristics. Since they come in 2’x3’ sheets they are easy to manage. I’m really happy with these foam mats. I used them in my garage, and they’ve worked perfectly for creating a comfortable workout space. The interlocking pieces made installation quick and simple, and they fit together securely without shifting. The 34-inch thickness gives good support and makes workouts more comfortable, especially for bodyweight exercises and yoga. I also like that they help reduce noise and protect the flooring underneath.
