I was hesitant to order this sideboard without seeing it in person because the pictures made it difficult to discern the actual color. I relied on the last picture, which showed the sideboard in a showroom, but the image was quite dark. When the sideboard arrived, the color was on the darker side, very close to the showroom picture. I took pictures during the day and with the lights on, which might be helpful for others. Overall, I love this sideboard. It came fully assembled, and the shelves are removable. The entire piece is made of solid sheesham wood, including the back. I love the quality and feel; it's solidly made. I also can't believe how beautiful the wood grain and color variation are. I wish it were a bit lighter, but it works fine with the rest of my furniture. I love that the doors are sliding, which saves space when the sideboard is open. I did have an issue with one of the doors not sliding properly, and I found a nail sticking out inside one of the cabinets. These issues were addressed by Wayfair. Despite these problems, I kept the sideboard and am happy with it. I use it as a vinyl record cabinet (I removed two inside shelves for this purpose) and for wine storage.. Viktoria. TX. The chairs are beautiful and well made. The packaging box looks roughly handled. But the chairs are not damaged. They are obviously pretty strong. The bottoms of the chair legs have pads to protect the floor. The floor protectors are a little misaligned but they do not show when the chair is upright. Only negative I would say is that the back, which is not padded, is low and not very comfortable if you are sitting a little slumped. But it is fine if sitting up straight. They are well worth the sale price. But they are not so wonderful that they warrant the original price. The first two chairs came with a very shoddy finish as you can see in the first two photos. The second set was exactly what I expected and beautiful! I'm waiting to hear what can be done about the first two. I'm really happy with the second two. For $329 per chair, I expect the finish both on staining and sealing to show no drop marks and the sanding to be complete. I like Wayfair and have been happy with products and services.
