This rustics 1 drawer and 1 door nightstand will bring a nice accent to your bedroom. New solid wood product in a burgundy stain and lacquer finish.

The nightstand looks pretty good. It did have a small dent on one edge. It was small enough that I decided not to make an issue of it, but it was clearly caused before packaging and shipping. It had some leftover sawdust and dirt from the factory or warehouse, but that was easily cleaned up. There is a brand marking/logo etched into the side of the drawer that is not shown in the photographs. It is not visible when the drawer is closed and I decided not to make an issue of this either though I will try and remove it or cover it. The drawer can easily slide all the way out of the night stand. I will be added a drawer stop to try and prevent this from happening accidentally. This is a cute, solid little cabinet, that I really wanted to keep, but it wasn't quite what I wanted, so I returned it. Mainly, because it is only 24 inches tall, NOT the 48 inches listed in the description! Also, I ordered the 'old red', which I thought would be a deeper red. Actually, the 'old' colors are 1 coat of paint with distress sanding, and I didn't want a distressed look. I was ready to leave a very poor review due to inaccurate information in the description, but Wayfair customer service was excellent with processing my return and refund. Also, this cabinet is manufactured by Sawdust City LLC, so I have no idea why the brand is listed as 'Winston Porter.' I found this side table a perfect fit for my second bedroom nightstand. It is simple but a little classy. I did change the knobs as the original knobs did not have enough contrast for me. Table was easy to build and seems very sturdy using my lean on and shake test, Love rubber wood. My first experience with wire brush finish caused me pause, but now I kinda like it.. Dorothy.
