I love this bed. Beautiful style, great color, and storage below for sheets and blankets. First of all, I was able to assemble it myself. And wonder of wonders, they included an extra for every type of screw and even an extra wrench. Something you should know though...the description says you can use for platform or standard bed. If you use on the standard settings, the drawers won’t fit under it. If you put a mattress and box spring on the platform setting it makes the bed too tall. I solved by buying a low profile box spring. If you plan to use as platform bed, no problem. Just be aware. Also there are only two drawers. You can use both on one side or both at the top or bottom. This is the best idea ever, I love it! I was not thrilled about a dark color so I took fabric and glue gunned it all around the wood pieces after I assembled most of it, their was enough room to do this and it worked great. I used a soft upholstry fabric and also laid batting on the broad surfaces. The mechanism works great and does not shut unless you pull it down.
