This product is the best to use all over the house, not just in the kitchen. I believe in labeling everything that comes into our home so I can keep up with the freshness and use frequency of everything. I treat our home as a warehouse or store should to determine what and when to buy, this is called the "min/max method". These labels are very easy to write on identifying the contents and date placed in the refrig and/or freezer, preferably using a Sharpie pen, and easy to remove with no residue left behind 9 times out of 10 times. I highly recommend this to everyone wanting to keep up with what an item is in the refrigerator and especially the freezer. and the date refers to when the item was placed in storage. Small size silver certificates were issued from 1928 to 1964, in denominations of 1, 5, and 10. Silver Certificates also known as Blue Seals and Blue Seal Notes are still legal tender but since 1968 they have been redeemable only in Federal Reserve Notes and may no longer be exchanged for silver. The 10 dollar silver certificate is housed in a protective 5 x 8 inch vinyl portfolio. The 10 dollar bill features Alexander Hamilton on the front and the US Treasury on the back. A Certificate of Authenticity is included.
