This chair is gorgeous and well made. I ordered two and put them together. After they were together I realized one of the chairs’s studs were completely missing. I emailed wayfair which direct me to the seller to send pictures of the defective chair. I literally got a response two hours later from the seller asking what parts I needed. I told them I needed the base of the chair where the stud was missing and one front leg as it was scratched. They ended up sending me an entirely new chair!
