Really seems to be a great product. We love the chocolate color. The girls seem to like it on the first trial run around the house. It is easy to maneuver. pros: nice handle bar, seem to be super sturdy and good quality, beautiful prestige design, smooth ride, fits large animal or four small animals. Cons: the width is not actually 28" there is a raised circular piece on the side of the back wheels with a red tiny lever that sticks out approx 0.5" on each wheel making it difficult to get through standard 29"doorways. Also the front wheels swivel & if you have the cup holder attached you will not get through the door... adding to the issue. There is plenty of space to have a cup holder with tray as opposed a side attachment. not secure cover, cat can slip out. pet gear has no zip easy clip. the ramp is flimzy. Wayfair issue: I apparently got someone else's return. there was hair on it, the wheels were dirty, the plastic was ripped that was on the bars, some of the items were already attached ( I noticed this while following the manual instructions). I asked to return it and they offered to replace it or discount the purchase. Why would i want to replace it if it doesn't fit through the door? The shipping was very fast, I love the boysenberry color & it was easy to put together. It is very sturdy. I got this to take my 13 1/2 year old Pug to get through airports because she is a frequent flyer. It is very hard on on her to get through the airports because she has arthritis & she needs carried at times. We will now be able to use the moving walkways! The boxy 21 lb's she is makes her get heavy very fast. Getting her on and off the airport trains is the worst!! I have to carry her on, then have to grab the pole & holding on in a very cramped train is so difficult. She can turn around easily in the stroller and having the mesh window in the back is so great so she can see me or she will scream (literally) if she thinks I left her. So far we have only been riding around the backyard to get her used to it...so far she is not fond of it but that's only because it's something she has never been in before and just needs some getting used to.
