Great to add storage to our tiny space. Not difficult to assemble, but definitely requires intermediate skill level. Pretty fabulous for the price point. Very flexible for our small space. The bookshelf is wonderful. Very sturdy and it looks high quality. As you can see I am using for our tv and it’s deep enough where the hdmi cords have room to be plugged in horizontally into the back of the tv. One heads up though, the package is HEAVYYY so be ready to have someone help you carry it in. Other than that, once it was built (which the assembly was so easy) it wasn’t to hard to move around to where I wanted it. The cabinet is very sturdy and exactly what I needed. Assembly was straightforward, and the instructions were easy to follow. The illustrations were especially helpful and made the process quick and efficient. My only complaint is the stickers provided to cover the screw holes on the sides of the cabinet. By the second day, several of them were already curling and peeling off. A small felt or plastic insert designed to fit into the holes might have been a more durable and attractive solution. luv the versatility of this unit and the ability to add more sections down the road. also love the simple but elegant design, my only dislike was the fact that brown is no longer available, also the instructions indicate that you would need to screw the top shelving unit into the basedrawers. I dislike, putting wood screw holes in the base. They should of designed it where instead of using wood screws, you could use machine screws to take it apart without damaging the wood.. William. These bookshelves look amazing in my craftroom. We purchased 3 of them, each one took my husband approximately 3 hours to put together. He then used his own hardware to secure them together to make it look like one large unit. The doors all open well, the shelving seems sturdy enough for my supplies. I only purchased these because of the huge discount, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for “built in craftsmanship,” this option is not for you. We knew we would be downsizing in a few years and did not want to invest a huge amount of money for built ins. Having said that, these units are the showcase of my craftroom!
