Took about 2.5 hours to put together. There is a hanging wire under (in the middle) that was lingering but I called and found out it was not important. One of the pieces arrived a bit bent but nothing crazy. The quality seems pretty solid, though we have not turned it up as the weather has been rainy lately. This grill exceeded my expectations. It is heavy, very solid, and feels extremely well built compared to many other grills I have seen. The assembly process was surprisingly easy and the instructions were clear. Once assembled, it looks impressive and very professional. The adjustable grates and brasero design make it perfect for cooking with wood or charcoal, and it gives you great control over the heat. This order arrived 4 days after I placed the order. though I tracked the package each day, after I received the ‘order received’ email, I didn’t receive anything else until after I was putting it together, when I received the ‘delivered’ email. Construction was slightly thinner stainless steel, compared to the grill this one is replacing. I opened the box to look for directions and had to remove everything from the box to find the booklet. It should be the last thing placed in the box during packaging. The instruction booklet is poorly written and images, while not great, were adequate. On the box lid was a QR Code to the manufacturers website with a video describing how to put the grill together. Watch it twice and the instruction booklet will make sense. There was plenty of hardware for the unit but I would have preferred to see lock-washers included for most of the screws used to put the cabinet together (‘EE’ screws). Have had a gas or charcoal grill and a blackstone griddle. Decided to look for one that had it all. Found this one. And the price and what it offered was great. Showed up quick. Even with bad weather. Was packaged really well. Had actual wood to protect the sides. Very impressed. The instrucktions easy to follow. And only took about a hour to build. From opening the box to finish. Sturdy and has a cool crank to let you adjust the charcoal. Also u have the option to use the griddle or grates on the gas side. And even came with a bottel opener. Nice 4 burner grill. Cleans up pretty well after each use. I like that the cabinet has a hook and that the left side can come up to use as a table when you need and then can fold in easily when you dont need it.
