This is a beautiful piece of office furniture. Looks very good. Took about 3 hours to put together. If you are not good with reading instructions fully get help. It's somewhat strong, but I would only use it for hanging file folders. The bottoms of the draws are made with some sort of hardboard and the weight is not sufficient to hold much of anything else in my opinion. They are just slid into slots on the bottom. Before I even started building, I was impressed with the packaging. Everything was secure, clearly labeled, and they even included gloves to protect your hands while working with the metal. Much appreciated. You do not even need to hunt down a screwdriver, which is a nice touch. I checked the edges and felt a couple sharp spots on the inside, but after assembly, I could not find them anymore. They must be tucked away securely within the structure. They recommend two people for assembly, but I did it solo without a problem. I had to use my foot or lean something against the wall a couple of times, but overall it was very manageable alone. Now for the build. At first, I was skeptical. Some of the metal pieces seemed very thin, and I honestly did not think it would look good or feel sturdy. But it came together better than expected. Everything fit well except one piece that needed a little extra push, possibly due to a slightly thick metal coating. Once in place, it was fine. If you have larger hands, a few of the screws may be tricky to work with since they sit very close to the surrounding material, leaving little room to grip or turn comfortably. Looks great! It was easy to assemble but hard to do the screws. I suspect that it can be fixed by raisinglowering the leveling thingies at the bottom but one had to flip the whole thing after it’s all done to do that and that didn’t seem like worth the effort. Overall impressed in the quality of the unit. Based on the various other reviews across many websites, I was concerned the assembly would be difficult and parts wouldn’t align. While it did take a while to assemble as there are a ton of screws, I didn’t run into alignment issues. Took about 90 minutes, and just a few minor details needed in the instructions that would have shaved a few more minutes off the assembly time. There was an error in 2 of the panels included. The color (Storm Grey) matches my office furniture really well. It was pretty hard to find, but when I found it, I was really excited. My husband put it together in a couple of hours, however, the rails for one of the drawers were replaced with a different part, and although the replacement was noted on the instructions, the drawer did not install well. I love the lockers. They are solid and fit my needs perfectly. They were not very difficult to assemble and look great in my space. The only thing I would recommend is better packaging. Mine came with a few scratches and a small ding or two from the shipping.
