I’m very pleased with this headboard. The quality of the velvet is excellent. The workmanship is top notch. It was easy to put the legs on the back of the headboard. I was able to handle a king size by myself and place it behind my bed. In other reviews people complained about the wooden legs showing. I’m going to paint them with some grey paint I used on my walls so it blends in. It’s really not that noticeable once you have a bedskirt and comforter on the bed. It arrived sooner than expected. I purchased another headboard from Wayfair 12 years ago. It’s still in like new condition. So I have to say that I think the products they sell are well worth the price, which are very reasonable.. Love it! We purchased the king-size, black option. No shipping issues, delays or damage with our delivery. It is much lighter weight than it looks from the pictures, but it still feels substantial. Easy to assemble with the included hex wrench. It is just over 50 inches tall when adjusted to its tallest position (which is the height we chose). It is not suitable to be mounted to a wall, but we have a split king adjustable bed so we couldn't attach it to the bed frame. We engineered a way to attach it to the wall securely (4- 1x4 boards painted the wall color, and screwed into the wall studs and then the headboard attached securely to the boards using 4 painted conduit clamps). The bed just sits in front of the headboard, but is not connected. One picture shows the headboard secured to the wall. We really like the look, and feel it is a great value.. P. California.
