I think this is a great piece for the price point. I was looking for something with drawers up top and adjustable storage underneath, and this was the perfect fit. I was nervous the wood color would be too dark for what I wanted, but I think it looks much better in person than some of the listing photos suggest. I will agree with others that the odor is very strong. Love the color and storage. Took some effort to put it together but nothing extremely difficult. Everything works. I saw some reviews that said the drawer’s didn’t pull out far enough but I feel like they are sufficient. This came in very handy at our Easter dinner as a dessert buffet. This TV stand exceeded my expectations! It matches the coffee table I purchased perfectly and gives my living room a cohesive, high-end look. Assembly took about 1.5–2 hours, but the instructions were easy to follow and everything came together nicely. The finished product is sturdy, beautiful, and looks much more expensive than it is. This is beautiful! Just the right piece for my space. The sideboard is heavy and solid. The hardware is flimsy and I do not like it.... but easy enough to replace. I have purchased new hardware (not installed yet). Pay attention dimensions if you order new. They need to be less than 3" wide. Delivery took a minute, and had a delivery snafu.... but Perigold customer service was FANTASTIC in helping me through my issue. Literally, the best experience. It made all my inconveniences dealing with the snafu a non issue. If you are looking for a quality piece of furniture that will last decades.... this is it. solid wood all the way around. This side board is gorgeous in peron. I purchased two of them to serve as a long TV console with the TV mounted on the wall just above it. The color is rich. The shelves are spacious. I added a few wooden baskets inside to keep stuff neat. Note, the entire piece isnt wooden but the legs and front are. It took the installer about 2hrs to put both pieces together. Failed Instructions!! Step 15 has you attach part 14 to the L/R sides which then have to be connected to the base. If you are assembling this solo you DO NOT want to do this as you then have to lift the thing upright. Unless your outstretched arms are wide enough to grasp both ends you will (as i did) end up with a damaged piece as the screw tears through. Instead you one can easily place the base onto the floor on all 4 feet, THEN attach the L/R sides to the base, and finally fit that piece 14 in. The damage is not visible, but it obviously compromises the structural integrity of the piece should it need to be moved. Failing in instructions, which btw, were missing the last 2 pages. Multiple pieces also had the finish worn/peeling off. However, I got this on a super sale for $204 so despite these failings, I am very pleased overall. Looks amazing.. Alice. Brooklyn, NY. Also, when the console arrived, there was a scrapetear on the top corner. I believe this damage was caused during delivery through FedEx.
