Perfectly packaged, color is exactly as hoped, a true lavender. Not too pink or mauve. While im not an engineer, i am an educated professional but i couldn't figure out how to get the wheels on this thing. It's oddly not as simple as just sticking them in the predrilled holes like you would think it should be. The 'brake' on the wheel to prevent rolling is attached on the wheel in such a way that even after messing with it for 10 minutes I couldn't figure out how to get the wheels in the holes. If you do use the ottoman a lot, the ‘curls’ of the teddy fabric does get a lil flat and smushed looking.
