This sifter arrived on time and as expected. It works as advertised. It was purchased to have use with someone with less hand strength because the circle crank is easier than some of the other models. Really impressed by the way it made making tomato sauce easier than the way I used to do it before. Eliminated the cooking and hand food milling. It was easy to assemble use and clean after a day's use. Only draw back for me is that the crank handle kept falling out of the strainer. Other than that I think it is a very useful tool.
