Be prepared for a lot of packaging to dispose of. Assembly required two to three people, but once set up the table was perfectly leveled right out of the gate. The felt is in great condition and plays beautifully, making it ideal for renters, families, and casual games. We especially love the versatility. Pretty good product to be honest! The only thing I would change is that the doors would be magnetized with the outside lock rather than the smaller locks in the inside making it difficult to clean out the litter box if you have limited movement in your hands. My hands cramp very easily but that’s on me. I should have done more research on this but all in all, not that bad. Nice and spacious for an extra large litter box and a nice shelf. The best! It’s extremely big and spacious especially for my large litter box. It holds a lot and is built to last. Screwed in back design instead of the cheap hammer in.
