Travertine Crosscut™ is available in a variety of colors, sizes, and finishes for a timeless look

Nice full size 12" square sample and color is pretty good but not nearly as varied as in the photo and no veining which appears very evident in the photo. It won't work for our bathroom.. The beauty of Natural Stone products lends itself to natural variations in tiles. Variations of veining, colors, and shade an inherent characteristics of the stone - -slate. These variations are expected and intended from tile to tile and from lot to lot. Keep shade variation in mind as you are selecting your tile.

Used these beautiful tiles to cover an outdoor pathway. Have received tons of compliments from everyone who passes by. The tile must be set over concrete for the additional support to hold up. We placed three tiles alongside eachother to form a 48" wide row and separated each row going back with red polished small pebbles to pick up the colors in the tiles. I would recommend no more than 2" between each row of pebbles, especially if you need to pull a wheelchair or any wheeling object along the path. Pros: Great and unique look, designer look, looks very expensive, was a great value, Cons: Need to see wear over time, must be careful with handling as they are not too thick. We purchased the Catch 3" x 12" subway tile in Ice with a matte finish. For a crisp, clean look, we chose to extend the tile out from the shower and across an entire wall. It does double-duty as a backsplash behind our vanity. Running the tile from floor to ceiling made our small, windowless bathroom feel much bigger too. We went for a vertical, stacked layout to give a modern vibe. Lastly, we recommend getting samples of both the glossy and matte finish so you can see the two side-by-side.
