the unit overall seems decent. The install direction are extremely lacking, even for a contractor that is familiar such as myself. You have to separate the unit in order to install it, but there are no directions anywhere that explain this or the process. Not hard once you figure it out, but should be part of instructions. The instructions say vague things like " mount unit" or "attach electrical". I checked and even called the technical support line after purchase to find out electrical requirements. I was told that it required a double pole 50 amp breaker. What they actually meant was it requires two breakers that are double pole (220 volts) each.
