This gun safe is just what I needed. It's not so heavy that I can't scoot it around. We did screw it to the wall so it's nice a secure, no one can get to the screws without opening the safe. The instruction booklet could definitely be improved. It took us a bit to figure out where the battery goes and how to get the keypad off. Until we got that off, we did not know where the key goes because it is not illustrated in the booklet. However, once you get the keypad off the key hole is in the middle. The locking mechanism seems very sturdy. I love the touchpad, both my husband and I were able to program our fingerprints. It does not state how many you can have so I'm not sure on that. This is my first gun safe and I haven’t had any issues with it thus far. I have yet to change the combination, but don’t feel the need to do so at the moment. I may do so in the near future and will repost if I come across any issues. I don’t have any reason to believe that I’d have any issues as the craftsmanship and quality seem to be really good.
