We were looking for something with more of a vertical footprint to make space in our bedroom and this was just right, size-wise. It looks great too, and it's nice to have real wood. Assembly took quite a bit of time, especially since there weren't predrilled holes for a lot of the screws, but it all came together. As others noted, it's good to be aware that the back panel is unfinished, so this dresser must be set up against a wall (which is necessary for safety anyway, with a secure fastener included). This is absolutely gorgeous. I love it so much! It is very heavy and high-quality. We did not get the matching nightstands. The dresser is actually better in person than in the picture. I was expecting it to be lighter like the image, but in real life it’s a bit darker and I love. The only thing is that the instructions were a bit confusing in the beginning, as you can see I mistakenly have the screws looking outward instead of in and the draws don’t come out as much as I thought they would.
