This bed is very sturdy and was pretty easy to put together. Definitely what I was looking for the style. The color is as is shown on the website I think the price could be cheaper I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price that they have it priced at maybe should be listed as 300-400 max since it’s not real wood. The package is a tall box. If it needs to be transported to upper level or lower level must have help to do so. I just opened the package and took each piece to upper level. The packaging was great. Instructions were clear. Lots of extra pieces of nuts were given. Can’t go wrong anywhere with assembly. Each piece was very well made. There’s hardly any assembly. It probably takes about 30 minutes to 40 minutes maximum. The wood pieces are solid wood. Has very smooth finish. The texture of the finished surface is soft and gives expensive feel. Once assembled one can tell its sturdy construction. We’ve been using it for a month now and no creaking or any noise. Perfect for apartment size bedroom or guest bedroom. Very happy with purchase. This queen platform bed frame is okay for the money spent. The color was exactly as pictured, which I appreciated. It’s not solid wood. It’s MDF with a wood laminate overlay and it definitely doesn’t have a high-end look. There are a lot of pieces to assemble, and not all of them aligned perfectly.
