So far so good! If you’re tackling this assembly solo, you can do it! The package came in two heavy boxes and I used a dolly to bring it to my apartment (elevators, stairs may be harder). Assembly took about an hour and was confusing at time but I figured it out. The couch looks great in person and the color is rich. I let it “fluff” for about 3 days before I sat on it, but idk if it actually got fluffier. I’m 5’9 and it may be a hair low for my height. Definitely satisfied with the price paid!. Kee. TX. The Big Comfy Couch. It is cushy and plush. It came in 3 boxes. When putting it together, I would suggest putting one box together at a time. This will cut down on mixing up parts and pieces. It is relatively easy to put together if you have general knowledge of putting furniture together. I ordered the charcoal grey. The color is spot on. This would have gotten a 5star if the right upholstered set came to us in full. Half was beige 1 and the other half was in in beige 4. Had to call and ask for slip covers to match the intended ones ordered....but when they came, it still didn't match with the originals so I had to call and get a whole new set of covers sent so they all will match. Whatever you do, tell them to note that the set all matches to avoid this. if it does happen to you, ask for entire slip cover for all 8 seater to be replaced to ensure they all match.. Ha. Florida.
