The firmness is okay, though surprising to sit on for the first time. I will probably end up getting a rolled foam pad to store behind the couch for when it is used as a bed to make it more comfortable. It seems durable and like it will work well for our purposes, but for some reason they adhered a parts number label to the surface of one of the cushions - which is visible - and it’s bonded to the material So … not sure how we’re going to get that off. We’ll figure something out, but it’s a pain. Considered three stars tbh but it seems like a decent value for the price. And it would be a hassle to send the whole thing back.
