We LOVE this fan!! Easy install--it has a hanger on the base plate so you don't have to hold it while wiring!! Genius. We bought the wall control separately on Amazon to control from the wall (we had to slice the cover to fit on the wall, but it is ok). The remote works great as well, although it is VERY big, maybe so it doesn't get lost? Anyway, the fan is quiet, no shaking, no buzzing. We bought the halogen for the light output which is about 100watt. Looks great with the cheap Westinghouse medallion we bought as you can see in the picture. This fan is so quiet, you wouldn’t know it was running- if not for the wind! It is a true 6 speed fan, not just 3 speeds in two directions, which I’ve seen advertised in other fans. The amount of wind is quite impressive, that rarely do I set it above 3 anyhow. Installation was really quite simple, and not as complicated as the many pieces would have you assume. Luxury shower surrounds at an affordable price for the DIY enthusiast in pre-cut kits for common shower wall sizes. These panels are lightweight, easy to carry, cut, and fabricate. Cutting can be done with a skilled saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Loctite power grab adhesive or Boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility with the other substrates might need testing. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel and applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, continuous silicone bead all the way around the panel about ½” from the edge to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.
